Rates

• The Psychology Association of Alberta has issued a new 2025 fee schedule  #https://psychologistsassociation.ab.ca/resources/recommended-fee-schedule/
• February 1, 2025 rates will increase to $240 per 50 minute session for new clients
• Rates for extended sessions and intensives are calculated at the same fee schedule

Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychological services. 

To help determine your benefit coverage, consider  asking these questions to your insurance provider:

• Does my health insurance plan include coverage with  Registered Psychologist/Registered Social Worker?
• Do I have a deductible? 
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

Payment

Direct billing with select insurance companies is available. By choosing this option, you authorize us to submit claims on your behalf, including details such as the service date, time, fees, attendance, and therapist name. 

We accept payment via all major credit cards. A valid credit card is required to be on file for appointment booking. 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
