I believe in the power of healing and the resilience inherent in every individual. My work is centered on providing compassionate support to those navigating life’s experiences, fostering authentic connection, and helping clients rediscover alignment and fulfillment in their lives.
Throughout life, loss is inevitable and transformative. In 2008, I faced a profound turning point with the sudden passing of my mother. This experience reshaped my life and inspired me to pursue a Master’s in Counselling Psychology.
My approach is rooted in collaboration and adaptability, integrating evidence-based methods to meet the unique needs of each individual.
These include:
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Somatic and body-informed therapies
The Grief Recovery Method
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Ego State Therapy
Motivational Interviewing
Mindfulness-based practices
My holistic approach is informed by complementary training in Akhanda Yoga (200-hour certification) and Reiki Levels One and Two. This integrated perspective allows me to address well-being from a holistic perspective.
Outside of therapy, I embrace personal growth and adventure. In February 2024, I embarked on a sabbatical to India. I enjoy traveling, attending wellness retreats, hiking, yoga, and engaging in community ceremonies such as Kirtan and sounds baths.
